I went to Autozone to buy a destributor and was asked if my 345 had a govenor on it. How do i tell if my engine has a govenor on it?

I have never seen a governor installed on the light line IH's but may be wrong. School bus's and trucks have them a lot and sometimes with another outlet in the distributor for the tach.
Heres a picture of one a distributor with NO governor and NO tach.
Before you buy one you may want to think about a Petronics conversion.
