6 cyl and 3 speed
My '71 800B has a 232 inline 6 and t90 speed. The six cylinder in Scouts and Scout IIs is the AMC 232 from 69-71, and the AMC 258 from 72-73. The t-90 was the 3 speed behind the 232, and a t-14 behind the 258. I'm sure there are some exceptions to this, but that's my knowledge. I'm sure IH used whatever they had stock of at the time.

I don't know about the three speed but they did come with a in-line six cylinder. It was an AMC motor I believe.

6cyl - 3sp ?
Howdy
Quick question: Did IH make a Scout II with a gas powered 6cyl with a manual 3speed box?
Thanks
