Becoming a Vendor on this Site

Becoming a vendor on our site requires either a cash donation of $150


a donation of product from your IH related business (Current vendors seem to prefer this option) that will be raffled off at the yearly show-n-shine - Binder Bash.

For your donation we will run your banner ad on the Just Internationals website for one year. We will also run your ads in our quarterly newsletter along with promotion of your products and/or services at the Binder Bash.

It is important for you to understand that you are making a donation and not a payment for advertising services.

We are non-profit and your donation should be tax-deductible.

We are a club that does things pretty much on a handshake basis - We trust that when it is time for your donation of product you will deliver. We also expect that your ACTUAL product will meet the $250 minimum in actual price as well as reason.

Gift certificates for service or product are acceptable as long as they do not require the user to pay part of the purchase price.
For example - A quantity of 10 coupons that are for $25 off a purchase of $100 or more will not be accepted as meeting our agreement.

Also - T-shirts, Hats, Mugs, etc... are great donations and raffle items, but we would ask that the bulk of your donation be something that someone can use on their rig. We all want the chance to win something cool for our projects.

If you fail to meet this agreement - we will simply remove your ads and distance our club from your business in the future.

Also understand that our site is public in nature. We do not strike down, ban, or delete people that have negative things to say about your business or services.

We also reserve the right to not accept a vendor due to the nature of the product, services, business practices, or for any other reason.
